Our recent outing at Puttshack was a hole-in-one! Social Cog members came together for a fantastic day of indoor mini golf and unforgettable memories. We laughed, we putted, and we devoured an amazing lunch. We can't wait for the next adventure!

Our November Outing at Trac Fiu Ropes Course was a fantastic adventure! We engaged in team-building activities, conquered the heights during a thrilling climb, and wrapped up the day with a heartfelt conclusion group chat!

Our December Outing was at Empower Farms! Like always we have such a great time and we all enjoy helping out around the farm.

Our January Outing Artisan's Playhouse was awesome! Some of us got our hands dirty doing pottery on the wheel, while others got creative with candle-making. We even had a blast with karaoke, and to top it off, a tasty lunch from Pinecrest Bakery.

Our visit to Whispering Manes Therapeutic Riding Center in February was fantastic! We spent the day learning about horses, grooming them, and doing ground training exercises. It was so much fun getting to know these amazing animals a little better! Can't wait for our next adventure!

Our March outing at Kings Bowling was a blast! We spent the afternoon aiming for strikes and spares, enjoying each other's company as we bowled and socialized. In between turns, we enjoyed a delicious lunch together.

Our April outing at Greynolds Park was truly wonderful! Our members had an uplifting yoga class led by Christina Sullivan in one of the beautiful green spaces this park has to offer. Despite any initial hesitation, Christina made yoga accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Some of us took a stroll around the park and then enjoyed some delicious lunch. We had a great time together!

Our October outing was a hole lot of fun! Our members came together for a fun filled day of Glow in the Dark Indoor Mini Golf at Xtreme Action Park! We had the chance to practice on our putt and enjoy each others company over lunch. We can’t wait for the next adventure!

Our November Outing rock climbing exceeded our expectations! Project Rock was the perfect place to overcome fears, conquer challenges, and build strong connections, all of which our Members successfully accomplished!

Our December Outing at The Axe Hole House was a blast! We got to throw some axes and some of us really mastered the skills. After that we each wrote something that is anxiety producing on a plate and we got to smash it. What a great time!

Our January Outing with Makery Miami at The Hub was so much fun! We had an epic day of creating mosaics and even enjoyed a bit of karaoke!

Our February Outing was at Family Horse Academy! It was so much fun! We had fun filled day of exploring the barn and petting/feeding all the animals.

Our March Fitness Outing at Nova University was a day of fitness fun! Guided by NSU Physical Therapy Students, we received personalized attention and learned exercises tailored to our individual needs. Some of us were shooting hoops in a basketball session, and some had yoga and stretching sessions at the end. And to top it all off, we finished with a delicious lunch.

Our April outing at Bowlero in Dania was a blast! We spent the afternoon bowling and cheering each other on with every roll. In between turns, we enjoyed a delicious lunch together.

Our July outing at South Beach Room Scape was an absolute blast! We conquered three exhilarating Escape Rooms, each filled with intricate puzzles. Our members excelled with their impressive teamwork and problem-solving skills!

We had an AMAZING time on our July Outing at Lockbox Escape Rooms. We broke up into teams and took on four challenging Escape Rooms. The puzzles were challenging but our members showed great teamwork!
