FIU TRAC Ropes Course
The Social Cog Members enjoyed an amazing sunny day at FIU's Biscayne Bay Campus. Our November Outing was at FIU TRAC Ropes Course! We had so much fun! The staff was so amazing, and made our experience so much better! -
Empower Farms
The Social Cog Members had an awesome day at the farm! Empower Farms is located in Homestead. The activities included digging, planting, vegetable seddling and a tour of the farm. The members got to enjoy each other's company over great weather. -
Rock Painting
Our January Outing was an artistic one… Rock Painting with Makery Miami at Greynolds Park! Our Members got their creative juices flowing and ended up with some really beautiful and artistic creations. That combined with beautiful weather and wonderful scenery made for an amazing day! -
Fitness Training
Our February Outing was an active one: fitness training with Coach V and Coach Daniella by Fitness for Life Personal Training at Oleta River State Park! We had a successful morning of fitness with a variety of stretches, exercises, drills, and martial arts routines. And of course, we then refueled with a delicious lunch together!
