    Social Coach/Therapist

    Dr. Yuri Flach is a multilingual Licensed Psychologist who earned his doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University’s Clinical Psychology Program. He specializes in the treatment of adolescents and adults with a variety of conditions, including mood and anxiety disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, behavioral challenges, familial relationship conflicts, and social skills deficits. Dr. Flach has first and second authorships to articles in peer-reviewed journals pertaining to various topics including children/adolescents’ emotional intelligence, suicidality in the homeless, and other mental health issues.

  • Elis Rimeris, M.S., LMHC

    Social Coach/Therapist

    Elis Rimeris is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She received a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida International University (FIU). She specializes in social skills training to help with the development of meaningful relationships across a variety of populations. She has experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental delays, anxiety, and social-emotional challenges. She has also worked with individuals with chronic migraines, internalizing disorders, social skills deficits, and emotional regulation challenges.

  • Veronica Western, MS., LMHC

    Social Coach/Therapist

    Veronica Western is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She received a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida International University (FIU). She specializes in social skills training to help with the development of meaningful relationships across a variety of populations. Veronica has experience working in a treatment setting and on an individual level for several years. She has focused on providing support to individuals with social-emotional challenges, anxiety, developmental delays, and on the Autism Spectrum. 

  • Veronica Serber, MS, RMHC

    Social Coach/Therapist

    Veronica Serber, MS, is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. She received a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Miami (UM). While pursuing her degree at UM, Ms. Serber completed her practicum and internship at Pediatric Psychology Associates. She graduated from the University of Miami with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Exercise Physiology in 2023. Veronica has experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and is currently assisting with social skills groups at Pediatric Psychology Associates.

  • Eman Nakshabandi, MS, RMHC

    Social Coach/Therapist

    Eman Nakshabandi is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. She received a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Barry University. She completed her clinical internship at North Miami Foundation, where she provided direct and remote psychological services, including intake interviews, therapy sessions, and treatment planning. Eman specializes in culturally competent mental health services, working with clients from diverse backgrounds, and offering both in-person and telemental health support. Her expertise also extends to personnel psychology, enabling her to understand workplace dynamics and interpersonal relationships. She is passionate about helping individuals with social-emotional challenges and promoting mental wellness.

  • Alexa Melgar

    Social Coach/Therapist

    Alexa Melgar is a student intern at Barry University, where she is pursuing her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Florida International University, where she developed a strong interest in neuropsychology. Alexa has worked with individuals on the autism spectrum in both educational and clinical settings. She strives to help each client build self-confidence, emotional understanding, and fulfilling relationships.

  • Michelle Lozada

    Social Coach/Therapist

    Michelle Lozada is a student intern at Barry University, pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. She earned her B.S. in Psychology with a specialization in Forensic Psychology from Barry University in 2022. Michelle has volunteered with Best Buddies in the Dominican Republic and has served as a caretaker for a young adult on the autism spectrum for the past two years
